The online reservation system of the hotel is managed and operated by a third party software solution. This online reservation system has certain technical limitations. 1. HOTEL POLICIES
Check-In Time: 2:00 p.m.
Check-Out Time: 12:00 noon
The Reservation Confirmation Notice (RCN) received through email shall be presented upon check-in.
Request for early check-in before 2:00PM and/or late check-out up to 2:00PM shall be subject to availability.
2. SHUTTLE PICK UP
Cebu-Danasan (Parkmall Mandaue 7:00am infront of our office we are in a back entrance of the Mall besides Sun Cellular align Eastwest Back)
Danao-Danasan (Danao Fishport 9:30am)
Please call our office regarding shuttle pick up for confirmation.
3. MODIFICATION POLICY
Any changes or modifications to your booking must be done at least 72 hours prior to arrival date. Please contact the hotel to modify your booking. Modifications are subject to penalties.
4. CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
As a general rule, if the cancellation is made:
3 days or less prior to arrival = 50% non-refundable
All refunds will be processed by the Cebu office (Parkmall Mandaue) and will be returned based on the guest's payment method. Any transaction charges for the refund will be borne by the client.
Please make sure to call our office regarding refund.
A no show is considered a cancellation on arrival date and the cancellation policy applies.
If airport pick-up is registered and arranged, please notify us by e-mail 24 hours before confirmed Arrival Time, for any delay in Flight Arrival.
5. CHILD POLICY
Children aged 0 to 7 are free of charge provided that the child shares room with parents.
6. OTHER POLICIES
Foreign currency conversions are given as guidance only and are non-binding. The actual total are calculated by the hotel in its local currency, based on currency exchange rate in effect at the time charging occurs.
Although, the hotel has safety measures and precautions in place to contribute to the safety of the guests’ personal belongings and valuables, guests are advised to be responsible for the safe keeping of their personal belongings and valuables. the hotel will not be liable for loss or damage of personal belongings and valuables.
The hotel will not be responsible for expenses incurred due to airline, ferry, or bus delays or cancellation, lost luggage, health issues, or other unwanted and unforeseen scenarios.
